Before your first CUTWGOLD order

Who designs the merchandise?

I personally design every CUTWGOLD piece. The artwork comes from my music, art, and the world I am building with CUTWGOLD.

How should I choose my size?

Check the measurements on the product page and compare them with a garment you already own. Fit varies by garment; do not rely only on your usual size.

When will my order arrive?

Merchandise is made to order. Production and transit are separate. Read our shipping policy for current estimates and review available services at checkout. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Can I return or exchange it?

Made-to-order apparel cannot be returned for incorrect sizes or change of mind. For damage or defects, contact yantee@cutwgold.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. See the refund policy for full terms.

How do I pay?

Checkout offers credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Available options, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. You do not need to create a store account to check out.
